Subscriptions:
A subscription is required for patient users to enable secure texting capabilities with your doctor. One subscription is required per iTunes account. Households using the same iTunes account can purchase a second user for $9.99 or unlimited users for $19.99 to limit addition subscription costs. There are two subscription options available.

Monthly Renewing Subscription: Secure texting capabilities can be enabled with an automatically renewing monthly subscription for $5.49 per month. Your iTunes account will be charged $5.49 for a monthly renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period (see "Auto-Renewing Subscriptions" below).

Yearly Renewing Subscription: Secure texting capabilities can be enabled with an automatically renewing yearly subscription at a reduced rate of $49.99 per year. This subscription will be automatically renewed every year until you cancel. Your iTunes account will be charged $49.99 for a yearly renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period (see "Auto-Renewing Subscriptions" below).

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of your subscription purchase. Your subscription will automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
